Our brand communication process is tried and true. It creates impact through diagnosis (brand articulation), the development of a strong brand foundation (visual identity development and messaging strategy), delivery, and an ongoing relationship to measure success and refine communication strategy to maintain a brand’s full potential. This cycle has created significant impact for our clients with measurable results.
One of our favorite examples of this success is the work we’ve done for Planned Parenthood. Through a grant-funded contract, we developed the ‘Out For Health’ brand. Out for Health provides outreach, education, and information to LGBT people, their healthcare providers, and the community at large. Because of the brand value we created through cohesive web, print, and marketing assets, Planned Parenthood of the Southern Finger Lakes was able to secure contracts with the New York State and Michigan Departments of Health to expand the reach of the program and its resources. The site, created as part of the brand campaign, has allowed health professionals to log over 1,000 hours of online self-directed training.
