Producer / Interactive Designer

Does crafting a responsive website give you the warm feels? Is working a good brand music to your ears? Can a good web or mobile UI make your day? If so, then we want you to join our Ithaca team.

At least 2 years of proven industry experience is strongly preferred.

AWP Producers lead each client through our brand articulation process, the development of brand strategy and then planning the subsequent production cycles and structuring deliverables. Producers guide subsequent production cycles acting as vision leader and client liaison, and managing client feedback.

Required skills

  • Experience creating and developing stand-out brands.
  • Experience creating marketing-driven websites.
  • Graphics wizard (Slytherin okay, even).
  • Developing as well as designing within existing brand guidelines.
  • Quick to create and revise.
  • Expert communicator and writer.

Bonus skills (note, you should have dabbled with some of these)

  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Awareness of latest web development practices and coding techniques.
  • Involvement in a design community.
  • Front end coding (html/css/jQuery).
  • Responsive layouts.

Experience with front-end coding is strongly desired, though we will consider candidates who do not typically build their own designs.

Production Facilitator

Are you a recent grad who is a resourceful, self-motivated, passionate, outgoing, analytical, problem-solving go-getter with a web-centric worldview? Welcome home.

This is an entry-level position. Part-time or full-time arrangements available.

Support our staff and clients by building social media, conducting market and industry research, assessing and developing brands, and supporting online marketing campaigns.


  • Assist AWP Producers with online marketing and campaign development and analysis.
  • Research to find online marketing opportunities for our clients.
  • Prepare client marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Grow social media for AWP and our clients.
  • Email campaign management.
  • Website content entry via CMS.
  • Website/app testing & QA.
  • Document client and internal team meetings.
  • Collaborate with AWP team.
  • Innovate on behalf of our clients.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communicator.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Brand SWOT analysis.
  • Experience managing and growing social media for a brand (including using associated tools like Buffer).
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.
  • Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Apple Pages/Numbers.
  • Web CMS experience.
  • Google Analytics.
